A Trip To Chicago!

Hey Y'all!

Wow this post is really gonna sum it all up for y'all!
I have not been drawing STILL.. uhhggg. However we are moving on the 21'st this month and on the 13th, this month we will be in Chicago! I really can't wait my younger brothers and I, my Mom and her boyfriend all get to see our grandmama, great grandmom, grandpa Jerry, and... my dad!! I really can't wait we haven't seen grandma's and grandpa's in years.. but I am really excited  to see my dad.. It's been a really long time.  We will be there until the 20th.

We will be going to see all the fam, like i said and going to see the Brookfield Zoo and the Shedd Aquarium. I can't wait to see those! My mom said I could ask my dad if he wanted to tag along with us, but I think she'd really rather not have him.. ^O^ She said it was up to me whether or not I wanted to invite him.. I want to, but I don't know if I will because mom doesn't really want an extra person on top of all the stress.

I have shoes now, enclosed toes shoes!! Perfect for going to Chicago.. but now I need new jeans, shirts, and a jacket.. sigh.. a lot of shopping lol. +Packing the house... BEFORE we leave.

Totally psyched!! 6 days to go before the big day.. oh and this will be my first time on an airplane!!
I'll try to do some sketching and stuff while I'm there.. but at the very least I WILL have tons of pictures!!

The Coffee's Gone...

Hey Y'all! I did some more painting this morning/last night lol.. I spent all night painting and nearly 8 hours at it too! It was inspired by a broken coffee cup I saw on the ground one day, though the image of that is nothing like this one.. that one was broken to pieces and was half way buried in sand and dirt. I thought this made a better image. It took a loooooong time to get it just right and several layers of paint.

The last painting I did was for my mom, of a sunset. This one I painted for my dad, who just got married on Halloween to his girlfriend. I can't wait for pictures!! Of course, not nearly as much as I cannot wait to get to see him!! I hope to get to go visit soon. <3

Done on cheap poster board, lol and with acrylic paints. Again, time taken nearly 8 hours.

My camera sucks so the pictures aren't very good and don't show all the details.. I put up a couple of the best pictures!!

Oh yeah, and I totally got mom to let me try a StarBucks drink from the store lol.. yummy! XD My new mp3 player is broken.. too.. going to get it replaced.
